At Care By Nemia, we have a strict no-refund policy; all sales are final. We strongly encourage our customers to perform a patch test before using any of our products and to thoroughly read the product descriptions and ingredient lists. Please consult your doctor or dermatologist before using our products. While our products do not cure diseases or medical conditions, we aim to promote a healthy scalp to support you on your hair care journey.

Exchanges are only permitted in the event that your initial order arrives damaged. If this occurs, you must provide us with proof of the damaged product. We will replace it once we have verified and approved your request. Please take clear pictures upon the arrival of your package and send them to our email at carebynemia@gmail.com.
